Hario V60-02 Ceramic Brewer
This is one of our favourite manual brewers for making coffee at home. In fact, we use this brewer for our by-the-cup menu in all of our cafes.
Its "V" shape helps the water to flow evenly through the coffee bed, nicely saturating all the grinds and promoting a full extraction. The size of the opening at the bottom allows the flow rate of the brew to be more truly determined by your grind size, which means you can dial in the way your coffee tastes more accurately.
How does it work? Place the brewer on top of a cup or server and insert a V60 filter. After rinsing the filter, place freshly ground inside, pour water slowly on top and let it drip through. In a few minutes, you will have a freshly brewed coffee!
