At Monogram Coffee, we want you to love every brew; if you are unsatisfied with your coffee or gear, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that for quality and safety reasons, roasted coffee beans are final sale but may be eligible for replacement if damaged.

Review Eligibility
Our team will verify your purchase and ensure the items are in their original packaging and within the 30-day return window.
Ship Your Item
Once approved, securely package your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send your return back to our roasting facility.
Receive Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or an exchange will be shipped out within 5 business days.
